Per-user report category grants

Check the categories each user should see. They'll only see reports inside those categories. ALL grants visibility to everything (use sparingly). Superadmins always see everything regardless of these checkboxes.

If a user has no boxes checked, they fall back to the role-based defaults: staff sees Sales/Production/Inventory/Warehouse; admin adds Purchasing; only superadmin sees Executive.

Click a row's Save button to commit changes for that user. Changes take effect immediately on their next page load.
