Product Hub Setup
Two things to point Product Hub at: your website (for finding product pages) and your Google Drive folder (for finding spec sheets / test reports / MSDS). You don't need to hunt for a sitemap or a folder ID — the buttons below find them for you.

Shares note: the Drive folder must be shared with the Canwil service account (same one the SOP library uses).
Edit document
Click into the document and type. To fill a missing value, replace the flagged text (a question, a placeholder like [verify], or a blank). Saving re-checks for open questions and requires re-approval before sending.
Email documents to a customer
⚠ Always preview every file for supplier names before sending. The AI strips most supplier identity, but you are responsible for reviewing each file before it goes to a customer.
