Business Intelligence — How This Works
📍 Quick Navigation
🤖 AI Query — Ask plain-English questions about your data 📈 CRM & Sales — Pipeline, reactivation campaigns, sales rep scorecards
Looking for PO Gap Alerts or Inventory Runway? Both moved to Reports. PO Gap is now covered by the Pick Queue report (which buckets open SOs by PO coverage); Inventory Runway runs as its own report there.
🤖 AI Query — Ask Anything in Plain English
The AI Query tab lets you ask questions about your business data without writing SQL. Behind the scenes Claude translates your question into a SQL query, runs it against Fishbowl, and returns the answer in a sortable table.
💡 What you can ask about
Sales: top customers, best selling parts, sales velocity, gross margin
Inventory: stock levels, low-stock alerts, dead stock, days of cover
Purchasing: open POs, expected delivery dates, vendor performance
Customers: who has open orders, recent activity, payment terms
Parts & pricing: avg cost, current price, margin per part
⚠️ What it CANNOT do
CRM contacts — those live in GoHighLevel, not Fishbowl. Use the CRM & Sales tab instead.
Take actions — it's read-only. Won't create POs, send emails, or change status.
Future predictions — only reports on data that exists right now.
How to write good questions:
Be specific about timeframe: "last 6 months", "this year", "since January"
Name parts/customers when you can: "sales of HOOK2.0/BK", "orders for Acme Golf"
Click any of the suggested questions at the top to see the format that works best
If a result looks off, click ↻ Refine to refine the SQL — Claude will try again
📈 CRM & Sales — Live Pipeline + Reactivation
This tab is your one-stop sales workspace. It has these areas:
📝 Monthly Check-In
The forcing function for sales accountability. Every sales rep submits a structured monthly check-in. Due the last Friday of each month. The check-in covers seven sections:
Top 5 Upsells — existing customers, $ size, probability, next action, blockers
Top 5 Reactivations — gone-quiet accounts and the play to win them back
Top 5 New Leads — CRM/inbound/outbound pipeline opportunities
Bottlenecks — what's blocking deals, what Canwil needs to fix, what you need from leadership
Wins / Losses — closed and lost this month, with reason categories on losses (price, lead time, product fit, relationship, other)
Sentiment — pipeline health and leadership/ops support, each 1–10
Forecast — next-month commit and best-case in dollars
Save Draft any time — your work is preserved. Submit when you're ready. Late submissions are accepted but tagged LATE. Reps see only their own check-in. Managers see their direct reports plus their own. The data feeds a learning loop over time: forecast accuracy per rep, recurring bottlenecks across the team, deal-pattern recognition for reactivations and upsells.
1. Top Metrics & Pipeline Funnel
Open pipeline value, won this year, deal counts, stalled deals (no activity 7+ days). The funnel shows deal counts by stage so you can see where deals are concentrated.
2. Sales Team Scorecards (managers only)
Per-rep cards showing pipeline, won-this-year, activity counts. Click 🤖 AI Team Synopsis for a Claude-generated summary of how the team is performing — useful for 1:1s.
3. 🎯 Reactivation Engine
This is where you find dormant customers ready for outreach. AI-analyzed campaigns group dormant contacts by what product they used to buy (nylon, hook/loop, webbing, etc.).
Click any campaign card to see the dormant contacts in that segment
Use the search box to filter campaigns by keyword (e.g. "nylon", "hook loop")
Use priority filter to focus on high-value dormant accounts first
Click any contact to open their card → AI drafts a personalized outreach email → edit + send
Sent emails sync back to GoHighLevel as activity
4. Pipeline Board (Kanban)
Live deals from GoHighLevel arranged by pipeline stage. Click any card to take action:
Move to Selected Stage — Moves the deal to a new pipeline stage. Reopens Won deals automatically.
🏆 Mark Won — Closes the deal as Won and moves it to Customer Program Established.
✕ Mark Lost — Closes the deal as Lost.
Edit contact info — update name/email/phone right from the card, syncs to GHL
Add/delete notes — full note history pulled from GHL
All actions sync to GoHighLevel in real time. Use the search box and rep filter to focus on specific deals. Toggle Stalled only to see deals with no activity in 7+ days.
🎯 Common Workflows
Find dormant customers who used to buy webbing
Open the CRM & Sales tab
Expand Reactivation Engine
Type webbing in the search box
Click the matching campaign card → click any contact → AI drafts the email
Look at the 🔴 RED rows — high-velocity parts about to stockout
For each one, run Pick Queue in Reports to see SOs already pulling from that part before issuing a new PO
What were our top customers last quarter?
Open the AI Query tab
Ask: Show me top 10 customers by revenue last quarter
Click column headers to sort, or click ↻ Refine to add filters
Show me deals that haven't moved in a week
Open the CRM & Sales tab
Expand CRM Pipeline (GoHighLevel)
Click the ⏰ Show Stalled toggle above the kanban
Filter by your name in the rep dropdown
🔄 Data Freshness
AI Query reads live from Fishbowl on every query. CRM data (deals, contacts, kanban) pulls live from GoHighLevel when you open the tab. Reactivation campaigns are pre-analyzed by AI and refresh on demand.
Hit ↻ Refresh on any section to reload that data.

📝 Check-In Mensual de Ventas
El check-in cubre siete secciones:
